All products are made in Louisville, Kentucky.
Do you serve international customers?
Yes. We serve customers around the world, including Canada, Mexico, South America, Europe, Asia, and Australia.
What parts do you manufacture?
We manufacture turrets and spare parts for over 50 brands of tablet presses.
Are your parts compatible with [brand/model]?
Yes. Our parts are reverse engineered and manufactured to match OEM components exactly.
Can you reverse engineer parts not listed on your site?
Yes. We can reverse engineer any tablet press part based on a sample or customer request.
What information do you need to reverse engineer a part?
OEM drawings are preferred, but we can also reverse engineer from a sample part—even if it’s used.
Can you improve an existing part design?
In many cases, yes. We can suggest material upgrades or design changes to improve performance and durability.
Do you offer prototyping?
Yes, especially for popular tablet press brands.

What are your lead times?
Lead times vary:
2–4 weeks for spare parts
8–10 weeks for new turrets or turret repairs
We stock common parts when possible.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes. If the customer is willing to cover the cost, we can ship overnight to any major city worldwide. Our proximity to the UPS hub in Louisville makes this possible.
What is your return policy?
If a component fails due to workmanship or material defects, we will replace it at no cost.
Are your parts under warranty?
Yes. All parts, turrets, and press rebuilds come with a warranty.

Yes, upon request. We offer material certifications for all manufactured parts.
What quality checks do you perform?
After manufacturing, each part or turret is inspected by our Quality Control department. We compare each component to its blueprint and reverse engineering data to ensure accuracy.
